LABOR DAY WEEKEND!
Labor Day weekend was an exciting one this year. We were able to tell our families that Matt and I are expecting a baby! On Friday, we spent the afternoon with the Kleins and spilled the beans at Big Boy while having dinner. They were obviously thrilled--especially now that two new little members of the family will arrive just two months apart. Kelly and Matthew are expecting their first on February 14!
It was off to the cottage from there to tell the Tanis'. On Friday night, my nephew Trygve helped with the news. He was dressed in a onesie that said "I'm going to be a big cousin." He was handed to the "grandma-to-be" and it didn't take long to figure out what was going on. Grandbaby #2 would arrive in 7 months! Poor Tryg, he didn't quite know what to do with all of the excitement. Our due date is April 10! Stay tuned...
