This past Thursday we signed the papers to make selling the condo official. This means that the countdown is on for moving out! We have until the 21st--not quite two weeks away! We were able to meet the new owner--a very nice 70 year old gentleman who is really excited about owning a condo.
Matt and I took four carloads of "stuff" over to the storage unit today, but it only seemed to make a small dent. We seem to have accumulated a lot of things in the past four years of living here together. Speaking of four years, we also celebrated our 4th anniversary on the day of the closing! We went out for a special steak dinner that night in honor of these major events.
We did a little house hunting this morning--went through a number of homes. We really liked three of them, all for different reasons. We also disliked aspects all three too. We've come to find out that this will be a bit of a process. The right one for us is out there somewhere! Wish I knew where...

Ditto to Joss's comment and good luck with the house hunting....we went through it this spring! Its amazing all the things we continue to find out about after we move in too (stuff we like and other stuff we don't). It will be a busy x-mas season for you...best wishes w/everything! -Melissa
